What is SAS Pilot Group?

As a transnational airline, Scandinavian Airlines employs pilots in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. In order to safeguard employment rights and mitigate fractionisation, a consortium was made between the four unions of the respective countries: Svensk Pilotförening in Sweden, Dansk Pilotforening in Denmark, And Norske SAS-flygeres forening and SAS Norge Flygerforening in Norway.

This establishment ensures common handling of disputes and equal rights for all pilots, regardless of employment country.
